Teaching Practice Week 9 ( Phase 1)

Day 34 ( 21/10/2024 )

I reached the school around 09:15 AM and signed my attendance. The school started with prayer and followed by pledge. And the headmistress gave us the list of free periods and want to go as substitutes. We went to the assigned classes. On 2nd period I had  a class was taken at class 9B on 2nd period regarding health education on the topic "Malnutrition". I had class on 9B on 4th period. After that we done our lunch duty of serving meals to the students from 12:30 PM to 12:50 PM. On afternoon, we had conducted a school based activity on the topic "Depression and suicide - Causes and remedies " for the students. After all classes National Anthem was around 03:30 PM after that we done our evening discipline duty, later signed our attendance and left the school.

Day 35 ( 22/10/2024 )

I reached the school around 09:15 AM and signed my attendance. The school started with prayer and followed by pledge. And the headmistress gave us the list of free periods and want to go as substitutes. Then a class was taken at class 9B on 1st period regarding health education on the topic "Fracture". I had class on 9B on 3rd period. We went to the assigned classes. After that we done our lunch duty of serving meals to the students from 12:30 PM to 12:50 PM. A class was taken at class 9B on 4th period regarding yoga on the asana "Vrikshasana".After all classes National Anthem was around 03:30 PM after that we done our evening discipline duty, later signed our attendance and left the school.

Day 36 ( 23/10/2024 )

I reached the school around 09:15 AM and signed my attendance. The school started with prayer and followed by pledge. And the headmistress gave us the list of free periods and want to go as substitutes.We went to the assigned classes.A class was taken at class 9B on 1st period regarding physical education on the asana "Bhujangasana". I had class on 9B on 3rd period. After that we done our lunch duty of serving meals to the students from 12:30 PM to 12:50 PM. After all classes National Anthem was around 03:30 PM after that we done our evening discipline duty, later signed our attendance and left the school.

Day 37 ( 24/10/2024 )

National Educational Conference

We attended a national seminar today in British Council Library, YMCA Trivandrum  about the topic  "VOICES OF CHANGE: INSPIRING THE NEXT GENERATION  TO EDUCATION FOR TOTAL CONCIOUSNESS"  on 8th November 2024.We reached the hall by 9:30am. The seminar started by 10 AM.The  Presidential address was by Dr Kiran Vyas, GEP Raj Bhavan Chair.The Inaugural address was by Dr K Jayakumar IAS , Former Chief Secretary Govt of Kerala.Many paper presentations were taken place based on the topic. It was a very informative session for me as a teacher trainee.
